1. Acceptance

By using Alpha you accept these terms.

2. License

License is per-machine. Licenses are not transferable between machines. Each install gets a unique machine_id.

3. Payment

Payment is manual via Iraqi rails (ZainCash, FastPay, SuperQi) or international (Payoneer). No automatic renewal charges.

4. Limitation of liability

Alpha is a software tool. You are responsible for backups and operating your store. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation under force-majeure.
