Does Alpha need constant internet?
No. Your data is anchored locally on the till. Internet is only summoned for online-store sync, software updates, and digital-payment calls — nothing else.
How does LAN mesh sync work?
Pick one station as primary. The rest stitch to it over your shop Wi-Fi or Ethernet. No cloud server, no external IP.
How does Alpha differ from Foodics?
Foodics keeps your books on its cloud. Alpha keeps them on your till. Our cloud just anchors the audit chain. Your data stays with you.
Which payment rails are supported?
ZainCash, FastPay, SuperQi, Payoneer — channeled in from day one via each provider's official API. No middlemen.
Will Alpha work with my current printer?
Any ESC/POS printer (80 mm or 58 mm) over USB, Bluetooth, or network. We've tested over 40 models.
How many stations does Silver support?
Up to 5 POS stations with 3 warehouses. The Gold tier lifts all caps.
